This update for spacewalk-backend provides the following fixes:
- Enhance date only in patches to full ISO datetime. (bsc#937029)
- Fix UnboundLocalError on rhnFault in dist upgrade. (bsc#936182)
- Detect new and old SUSE patch style. (bsc#936869)
