Description:


   This update for the Metacity window manager adds a new configuration
   option (/apps/metacity/general/new_windows_always_on_top) that, when
   enabled, forces new windows to be placed always on top, even if they are
   denied focus.

   This is useful on large screens and multihead setups where the tasklist
   can be hard to notice and difficult to access with the mouse, so the
   normal behaviour of flashing in the tasklist is less effective.
