   This update for rabbitmq-server fixes the following issues:

   - rabbitmq-server.service: Increase NOFILE limit per documentation
     (bsc#973999)
   - rabbitqm-server.ocf: Add OCF_RESKEY_limit_nofile parameter default as
     65535 (bsc#973999)
