Description:

   This update for the SUSE Manager Client Tools provides several fixes and
   improvements.

   osad:

   - Reduce maximal size of osad log before rotating.
   - Perform osad restart in posttrans. (bsc#1039913)

   spacecmd:

   - Configchannel export binary flag to json. (bsc#1044719)
   - Spacecmd report_outofdatesystems: Avoid one XMLRPC call per system.
     (bsc#1015882)

   spacewalk-backend:

   - Make master_label static to keep its value when retrying. (bsc#1038321)
   - Adapt for the new gpgcheck flag for the channels.
   - Removing conflicting epoch fix. (bsc#1042861)
   - Remove not implemented option --force-all-packages. (bsc#1040194)
   - Fix parsing oscap results. Not every Rule has an XCCDF ID Tag.
     (bsc#1041992)
   - Don't trim channel content if there is major sync error in any
     repository.
   - Rhn-charsets is meant to be run only under root user.
   - Unable to run cdn-sync if older channels do not exist anymore.

   spacewalksd:

   - Fix permissions of PID files in spacewalksd. (bsc#1049936)
