   An update that has one recommended fix can now be installed.

Description:


   This update for python-ceilometermiddleware, python-keystoneclient,
   python-novaclient, python-oslo.rootwrap fixes the following issues:

   - python-ceilometermiddleware:
     + Gate fix: cap oslo.messaging
     + retrieve project id to ignore from keystone

   - python-keystoneclient:
     + Fix response body being omitted in debug mode incorrectly
     + Only log application/json content type
     + Do not log binary data during request
     + X-Serivce-Token should be hashed in the log
     + Revert "Add auth functional tests"
     + Update .gitreview for stable/newton

   - python-novaclient:
     + Fix aggregate_update name and availability_zone clash
     + fix formatting of release note
     + Correct copy/paste errors in help
     + Use upper-constraints when running tox
     + Update UPPER_CONSTRAINTS_FILE for stable/newton
     + Make "policy" a mandatory argument for server-group-create
     + Update .gitreview for stable/newton
     + Updated from global requirements

   - python-oslo.rootwrap:
     - [daemon] Close inherited filedescriptors after forking
     - Allow rootwrap-daemon to timeout and exit
