Description:


   The systemwide Root CA certificates were updated to the 2.24 state of the
   Mozilla NSS Certificate store.

   Following CAs were removed:

   * S-TRUST_Universal_Root_CA
   * TC_TrustCenter_Class_3_CA_II
   * TURKTRUST_Elektronik_Sertifika_Hizmet_Saglayicisi_H5


Patch Instructions:

   To install this SUSE Recommended Update use the SUSE recommended installation methods
   like YaST online_update or "zypper patch".

   Alternatively you can run the command listed for your product:

   - SUSE Linux Enterprise Server 12-SP3:

      zypper in -t patch SUSE-SLE-SERVER-12-SP3-2018-1643=1

   - SUSE Linux Enterprise Desktop 12-SP3:
