Description:

   This update for permissions fixes the following issues:

   - Allow setuid root for start-suid tool of singularity (group only)
     bsc#1028304
   - Allow setuid root for authbind binary (bsc#1111251)
   - A incorrect error message was adjusted (bsc#1047247 bsc#1097665)
   - Make btmp root:utmp (bsc#1050467)
