   An update that has two recommended fixes can now be
   installed.

Description:

   This update for crowbar-openstack fixes the following issues:

   - rabbitmq: Create empty users list which is expected by some recipes.
   - mysql: Ensure that the galera resource has a monitor op. (bsc#1059530)
   - mysql: Create clustercheck config on nodes early enough. (bsc#1059530)
   - neutron: Check network presence before accessing it.
   - cinder: Do not access role attributes with symbol keys.
   - Make sure pacemaker hash exists before accessing the contents.
     (bsc#1083427)
   - nova: Disable progress timeout for live migration.
   - mysql: Set monitor to 10s for galera-python-clustercheck.
   - keystone: Increase WSGI request timeout to 10 minutes.
