   An update that has two recommended fixes can now be
   installed.

Description:

   This update for cpio provides the following fix:

   - Remove an obsolete patch that was causing cpio not to preserve folder
     permissions. (bsc#1076810, bsc#889138)

   like YaST online_update or "zypper patch".
