Description:

   This update for suseRegister fixes the following issues:

   - Migrate SLE 11 systems from NCC to SCC. (jsc#PM-1471, ECO#821,
     bsc#1157748)
   - Add cronjob "cron_migration_to_scc" that runs the migration and deletes
     itself afterwards.
