Description:

   This update for smc-tools fixes the following issues:

   - Upgraded to version 1.2.1 (FATE#327585, bsc#1145454)
      - Handle behavior flags in type argument to 'socket()' call.
      - Fixed install target on Ubuntu for platforms other than s390.
      - Parse address family of ip address.
