   An update that has two recommended fixes can now be
   installed.

Description:

   This update for openssl-1_1 to version 1.1.1c fixes the following issues:

   Issues addressed:

   - Updated to 1.1.1c (bsc#1133925, jsc#SLE-6430)
   - Fixed a crash caused by long locale messages (bsc#1135550).
   - Added s390x vectorized support for ChaCha20 and Poly1305 (jsc#SLE-6126,
     jsc#SLE-6129)
