   An update that has two recommended fixes can now be
   installed.

Description:

   This update for open-vm-tools provides the following fixes:

   - Update vmtoolsd.service tools to run only after the network service is
     ready. (bsc#1133623)
   - Link VGAuthService to libxmlsec1 instead of libxml-security-c in SLES 12
     SP3. (bsc#1122435)
