   An update that has two recommended fixes can now be
   installed.

Description:

   This update for perl-TimeDate fixes the following issues:

   - Fix for issues parsing date strings into time values correctly.
     (bsc#1162433)
   - Fix a getdate function returning the current year wrongly. (bsc#1159990)
