Description:

   This update for libica fixes the following issues:

   Upgraded to version 3.5.0 (fate#327840, bsc#1153948)

     * [FEATURE] Add MSA9 CPACF support for ECDSA sign/verify

   - Reworked how libica-tools loads and unloads kernel modules to avoid
     spurious error messages (bsc#1134004)
