Description:

   This update for resource-agents fixes the following issue:

   - Request to add "gcp-vpc-move-route" resource agent to SLE12 and SLE15.
     (bsc#1161898) The currently available floating IP resource agent (RA)
     "gcp-vpc-move-ip" is deprecated and the newer RA "gcp-vpc-move-route" is
     not available.
