Description:

   This update for python-kiwi fixes the following issues:

   - Fixed for tool 'grub2-mkconfig'.
   - Increase spare space on disk repart. (bsc#1165823)
   - Validate to use of 'GRUB_USE_LINUXEFI' with grub2 to support dynamic
     EFI. (bsc#1165960, bsc#1168480)
