Description:

   This update for dracut fixes the following issues:

   - network-legacy: fix route parsing issues in ifup. (bsc#1182688)
   -0kernel-modules: arm/arm64: Add reset controllers
   - Prevent creating unexpected files on the host when running dracut
   - As of 'v246' of systemd 'syslog' and 'syslog-console' switches have been
     deprecated.
