Thank you very much. Sounds great.

Really hope that there is something which does work out-of-the box with the VMwareTools delivered by VMware on the ESXi releases
Maybe SLES12 has already VMware certified modules in- Kernel, or there is a Partner package one can select from the SLES bundle

We're working heavily to make this much easier if you run SLES on
VMware. The next beta should confirm that. Don't think that such tricks
will be still needed.
