[sles-beta] missing /usr/bin/xsltproc in beta2

In the upcoming SLE 12 Beta3 it will be in the package
"libxslt-tools-1.1.28-6.44.x86_64.rpm".

Probably, well, did you expect it in the library package?
Those have been split according to the package guidelines.
