As far as I know Urs Frey cannot submit himself a new bug for SLE12.

As an usability experiment I submitted right now
https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=878265
with NEEDINFO from "urs.frey at post.ch".

Regardless that "urs.frey at post.ch" is a vaild bugzilla user,
with only NEEDINFO from "urs.frey at post.ch" that mail address
was excluded by bugzilla (for me this is a bug in bugzilla).

Therefore I also added "urs.frey at post.ch" to CC of this bug
and now - voila! - bugzilla even sent a mail to that address.

Background information:

I think it is much easier for developers (like me and Josef Reidinger)
when we can work by using bugzilla (as we do all the time)
instead of "SR"s which are rather "obscure" for us and as a result
by working via bugzilla it could be faster to get issues fixed.
