[sles-beta] SLES12B8 - Boot process is "fragile"

I'm getting a lot of "failures to boot" with SLES12B8.

It's worse if I try to boot as a XEN hypervisor.

It's not every time and there is a simple "work around" to get the boot to
complete (refer attached screenshot).

I suspect that there is some delay/time-out issue involved (there is a
device-mapper error abu the time everything seems to fail).

This is a regression that seems to have only happen in B8
