There isn't a resource agent for Docker yet in our product.

If you want to play around with a current development version, you can
grab one from
https://github.com/davidvossel/resource-agents/commit/59ec814f6006bfe73d4caf5783cbe0778933fa32
though. Use at your own risk ;-)
