To be transparent for all, I assume you mean an entry like this in the autoinst.xml, correct?

Like this in a btrfs section

snapper can be enabled now, see
https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=878722

  "The flag is called "enable_snapshots" in the drive section.
   Snapper will be also installed if the flag has not been
   defined in the configuration file."

Should already be included in Beta 9 but I didn't check that.
