[sles-beta] cciss driver for HP hardware

Most of my customers would have "some" of the G5 hardware still in use.

In most cases it's a test/dev type setup.

You could run SLES11SP3 - XEN or VMWARE on the hardware and still use it
for SLES12 VMs
