So unlike with SMT11 SP3 it won't be possible to install SLES and then 
SMT to manage SLES12 without jumping through another hoop?

You also seem to suggest that we'll need SLES11 SP3 to host SMT for 
SLES12 and there won't be SMT12 as an add-on for SLES12 like there is 
SMT11 SP3 for SLES11 SP3. Or am I missing something?
