[sles-beta] Question: Migration tools for ISCSI config from SLES11

Less critical but on a similar note, are there tools to convert the ISCSI
client configs from SLSE11 to SLES12.

I'm wanting to migrate a ISCSI dependant cluster from SLES11 to SLES12 and
want to see if it con be done without a full break/rebuild.
