This is due to that fact that Oracle OUI doesn't understand SLES12.  Please use following workaround:

Edit "database/stage/cvu/cv/admin/cvu_config" and change "CV_ASUME_DISTID=SUSE11" to avoid above OUI trouble:

It's takes couple of months after product is released.
