I wonder why RC3 does not have the fix package (yast2-pkg-bindings-3.1.18) included? I saw old package /mnt/iso/suse/x86_64/yast2-pkg-bindings-3.1.17-1.2.x86_64.rpm

That means it will probably crash more violently in your case, but it won't hide the errors in libzypp anymore.

You need to fix the Pool repository to make it work properly.
