[sles-beta] Official VMware support and SLE 12 friendly SMT availability.

VMware published support for new OS releases only after verification of
final build. This typically takes less that 30 days. If no surprises are
found, I believe plan is that ESXi support will require 5.1U2 or later
releases. For guest customization this will require VC version 5.5U2 or
later releases.
