let me officially welcome you to the Beta Test of

           SUSE Linux Enterprise Server 11 SP4

Here are some informations about our Beta program:

* Beta Test communication:

- Mailing lists:
 - announcements of new beta versions, and share technical information
 - serve as discussion forums
 - share information about issues found by participants
 - to post findings, also to minimize reporting of duplicates

- PSE/DSE

SUSE customers with PSE/DSE can report issues through their SUSE
contact.

- Service Requests

Other participants in the beta test may use their Novell login and Beta support entitlements to file service requests.
Please use  your entitled accounts for
BETA TEST: SLES 11SP4 (use this also for SLES HA)
BETA TEST: SLED 11SP4

This can be reached from https://novell.com/beta/ and choose "Submit
Service Request".

Potential updates and fixes are either delivered by PSE or DSE, or with
a subsequent release.

* Download:

To download our beta image:
go to https://novell.com/beta/ and in "View my Beta", you will see all
the SLE11 SP4 beta products you are entitled to download.

Please note our Beta Program starts with Beta2 release of SLE 11 SP4.

Beta1 is already available from https://novell.com/beta/ but we advise
you to wait until Beta2 is released by end of this week, to not loose
time in testing an older release.

However, you can try to download Beta1 to ensure you don't have any
issue with the download process.
