Would you please retest it using SLE-12-SP1-RC1 dhcp-server-4.3.3
and wicked-0.6.24 as dhcp client?

I've reworked the infiniband support patch for ISC dhcp and fixed
also a bug in wicked dhcp4 client id parsing.
