By default we do not configure RAG_EMBEDDING_MODEL.
You can provide the RAG_EMBEDDING_MODEL as an extra environment variable during
deployment.

For example:
- name: RAG_EMBEDDING_MODEL
  value: "sentence-transformers/all-MiniLM-L6-v2"
