<pre>Note for PM (decision makers), we also need to make a strategic decision on
whether we support this use case, where user is deploying SUSE AI components
into an environment without preexisting Rancher (Prime).
User will not run into the missing cert-manager CRDs problem if the environment
has preexisting Rancher as Rancher would've required cert-manager to be
installed first.</pre>
