<pre>the knowledge base requires Milvus to be configured. If Milvus is not
configured it will not be possible to store docs.
We'll verify this behavior once Milvus is fully available in AppCo, and will
want to add a note in the documentation that "Open WebUI knowledge base usage
requires Milvus to be configured as a data store"</pre>
