          <pre>I am able to reproduce the problem *without Rancher Prime installed on the
stack. If the environment already has Rancher Prime installed, as this is a
supported use case for SUSE Private AI, then the cert-manager CRDs would've
been already provisioned.

For now, when installing open-webui on an environment *without Rancher Prime*,
user must first install the cert-manager CRDs out-of-band using kubectl.
