<pre>Issue is more difficult than presented. Tried fixing in the docker file, but
the ollama binary is ignoring the export GIN_MODE=release

I don't see the issue in the upstream code, but I am not sure how it was fixed
either. But it looks lik this will need an updated to the ollama binary and not
