[caasp-beta] kubernetes dashboard in v2.0 GA

To clarify, this one was used for v1..
https://raw.githubusercontent.com/SUSE/caasp-services/master/contrib/addons/kubedns/dns.yaml
But I noticed it's not available any more and it's not mentioned in the v2
doc either. Maybe it might have NodePort as type..
