[caasp-beta] Issue with repo when bootstrapping master with skuba

Hi,

I have used standard terraforms to build a small 3 node environment with CPI.

This seems to work fine when registering against the SCC.

But when I use command:
skuba node bootstrap --user sles --sudo --target 151.155.15.166 caasp-master-sibriggs-caasp-cluster-0 -v 5

I get the error:

I can provide access to the nodes if this helps, but I couldn't find any variables were I could change this package name to the correct.
