https://github.com/SUSE/suse-migration-services/issues/250
To deal with the SLE-Micro read only root setup the cache files for the
regionsrv-client code had to be relocated to
/var/cache/cloudregister/
DMS uses the cache files to make sure we connect to the correct update server
during migration by bind mounting the cache. However DMS has the cache location
hard coded as
/var/lib/cloudregister
DMS needs to check both locations and mount the proper cache directory into the
life migration system.
