<pre>But DMS is not responsible for name resolution. This is clearly an issue as to
how the network is configured.
We can certainly add more checks and produce a better error, but we can
certainly not force the customer to change their network configuration or
forcefully do it ourselves.
Is the goal of this bug to achieve a better user experience?</pre>
