NeuVector 5.3.2 fixes a critical upgrade issue to 5.3.1

We’re happy to inform you that the v5.3.2 release of NeuVector is now
available. This release fixes a critical bug in v5.3.1 that can delete
custom resources when upgrading to 5.3.1. If you are upgrading, please DO
NOT upgrade to 5.3.1, use this 5.3.2 release.

this single bug fix:

   - After upgrading to v5.3.1 from a previous NeuVector release,
   pre-existing NvClusterSecurityRule custom resources may be deleted
   inadvertently. NOTE: The 5.3.1 version has been removed from docker hub in
   order to prevent the upgrade issue.
