SLE15 SP7: Important Beta2 schedule change

The HackWeek 2024 coincides with our Beta2 preparations. (from 18 to 22.11)

For that reason, *I moved the Beta2 earlier: 2024-11-15 delivery date.*
This is already aligned with the product management and our team.
