Beta Programs: Changes to Partner Management Process

Daniela,
I manage partners as well but I am not part of Scott Bahlings team. There
needs to be provisions made in this situation in the context of the Beta
Program. If I work through Scott Bahling then so be it but I will need to
be able to have access to the mailing list 'bcl-beta-partners' and the
ability to add and remove partners just as I have been able to do with the
Google Sheet.
