[sle-beta] Printing fails

there are two kind of 'pdftops':

The filter for CUPS /usr/lib/cups/filter/pdftops from the
cups-filters RPM (separated software - not part of CUPS)
which is a wrapper that calls the actual /usr/bin/pdftops
from the poppler-tools RPM.

I assume /usr/bin/pdftops from the poppler-tools RPM is missing.

FYI: cups-filters.spec contains

# /usr/bin/pdftops (provided by poppler-tools)
# is needed (but not required for non-PostScript printers)
# to print PDFs on PostScript printers because in this case
# the CUPS filter chain is:
#  /usr/lib/cups/filter/pdftopdf

I guess in your case recommended RPMs were not installed.
