[sle-beta] missing packages

Hi everyone,

We can't find the following packages in first beta of SLES-15-Server

   1. perftest package
   2. libibverbs-dev in order to install perftest package.
   3. rpm-build package
   4. libvma package
   5. libreswan package
   6. strongswan package
   7. linuxptp package
   8. UCX package
   9. libpcre2-8.so.0 package. Git package doesn’t work properly.
   libpcre2-8.so.0: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory


could you please assist ?
