[sle-beta] UPDATE with RC3

Hum well I guess if you can reproduce this with a fresh installation or when
migrating SLES12SP3 to SLES15 RC3, this might be worth to investigate via a
bugzilla report.

Please be sure to provide supportconfig, screenshots and environment
descriptions to ensure that we can investigate.
