[sle-beta] SP1 Beta1 - Installer - Missing German Translation in Expert Partitioner / Problems accessing Bugzilla

Hi,

You should now be able to create bugs for SLE15SP1, and I have updated 
the SLES, SLED, SLEHA bugzilla links on https://www.suse.com/betaprogram/sle-beta/#bugzilla.
