[sle-beta] Beta7 Offline Update

Grand Evening,

I was having some issues with Beta7 and on-line update. Bug report updated. So I thought I'd try an offline-update.

When using the "UPDATE" command from the IPL screen I do not get the option, which I do on an "install"  to , skip the registry so that I can use the 2nd iso and complete the install.

Could be one is not take down the the "skip registration" path on "update", so that is my question, should I get the option not to use the SCC on "update" as one can with "install" ? I have SUSEC... --cleanup and it's not registered.
