[sle-beta] Kernel patch (4.12.14-8.3.12) in our online channels

Happy new year everyone!

For those who didn’t notice it we have released a kernel patch (4.12.14-8.3.12)
on 27th December, the detailed changelog of this patch can be found in attachment
or you can use "sudo zypper info -t patch SUSE-SLE-Module-Basesystem-15-2017-2151”
if you have registered your SLE 15 Beta.

/!\IMPORTANT/!\
This patch was prior to Meltdown and Spectre:
https://www.suse.com/c/suse-addresses-meltdown-spectre-vulnerabilities/
But for sure the Meltdown and Spectre CVE will also be addressed in future
updates for SLE15.
